With August here and the temperature outside a little too hot for anyone’s liking, smoothies are the way to go if you’re looking for a healthy way to cool off. Measuring out ingredients and putting them in a plastic bag to store in the freezer makes it easy to just dump it into the blender when you’re ready for a smoothie!
