Free Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Orientation

We’re excited to host the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course at Groundwork this fall. The course is offered by Jessica Webb of Anchor Yoga, a qualified MBSR teacher. The course will run on Wednesday evenings beginning Sept 18th, from 6-8pm. Attendees are required to attend one of three free orientation sessions in August.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week, in-depth, experiential course in mind/body awareness. Using meditation, yoga, personal inquiry, dialog, and somatic awareness exercises, the MBSR program introduces participants to the art and science of living mindfully. THE FREE MBSR ORIENTATION IS MANDATORY FOR ANYONE WISHING TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF THE FALL MBSR COURSES. YOU ONLY NEED TO ATTEND ONE ORIENTATION AS A PREREQUISITE FOR MBSR.
